Jill Madsen was raised in Akron, Iowa.  She has a Bachelors of Arts Degree from Wayne State College and is a licensed Broker Associate.  Jill is an active member of the South Dakota Multi-Housing Association.  She is also a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C³P) and is currently working on receiving her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM.

Jill joined Midwest Property Services with over 13 years of property management experience and has the expertise and accomplishments of overseeing over 2,300 residential units and 50 commercial properties including retail, office and industrial buildings.

Jill is currently the President of Midwest Property Services where the firm specializes in residential and commercial property management.  Her team is made up of qualified property managers, accounts and maintenance staff that assist her to provide quality housing and commercial space for the occupants while maximizing the owner's assets.
